How do I get started with your services?

Simple. You can set up a consultation through our "Book a Consult" section. Already know we’re the right team for you? Skip the consult and head straight to the "Pay Now" section. Either way, we’ll schedule a meeting to dive into your needs, goals, and vision — and we’ll get started that same day. Let’s build something great.

What happens after I book my consult or paid for my services?

We’ll see whether you’ve made a payment or booked a consultation. If you booked a consult, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm the date, time, and location (if applicable). Keep an eye on your text messages and email. If you skipped the consult and went straight to "Pay Now", we’ll reach out within 24 hours to go over client forms, service agreements, and next steps - and of course, get started right away.

What is your turnaround time?

ASAP — typically within the first hour of your request. Smaller projects often have a quick turnaround, usually within the same day. Larger projects (excluding web development) may take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks, depending on complexity. Need something by a specific date? Just let us know — we’ll make it happen, even if it means working after hours.

If I need something *Fast*, like seriously fast, is there a fee?

It depends — mainly on how much we already have on our plate at the time of your request. As a loyal client, know this: we’re not here to just take your money. If we have the time, we’re happy to take it on with no extra charge. If we’re tight on time but you need it urgently, we’ll absolutely put in the after-hours work to make it happen. Depending on how much time it requires and how quickly you need it, an expedited fee may apply — We’ll always be honest about what we believe is fair when it comes to the time, effort, and urgency your project requires.

What happens during our first meeting?

Expect questions — lots of them. We’re going to dig into every detail of your business and your vision. We’ll start brainstorming bold, standout ideas, review any concepts you’ve already had in mind, and even help plan your next event if that applies. You’ll also review and sign our service agreement. (Don’t worry — it’s just a straightforward outline of our process and expectations to make sure everything runs smoothly and successfully within our partnership.)

What if I need a service my package does not cover?

We have a separates section! Pick and choose what you need, and we will price it out for you! Just let us know.

What do "monthly meetings" mean?

All packages include monthly meetings. These meetings are a chance for us to bring fresh ideas to the table, highlight areas where improvements can be made, and discuss overall business growth. It ensures that everyone is aligned, doing their part, and pushing toward the same goal — and of course, planning for the success ahead.

What is the payment policy?

You can choose to pay in full or on a weekly basis, whichever works best for you. Please keep in mind that no services will be worked on if payment is not received. If payment is not made by the third day, a $100 reactivation fee will be required in order to resume services. For full payments, the withdrawal will occur on the same day each month, based on the date of your first payment. Weekly payments are due every Sunday. For any extra services added outside of your package, payment must be made before your project is delivered to you.

What if I need to speak to someone after hours?

You can text or email us 24/7. Since we operate primarily through technology, you’ll usually hear back from us within just a few minutes. If you reach out after hours, there’s still a good chance we’ll respond quickly — but at most, you may wait up to 15 hours (if that).

When do you think my business will notice results?

We believe in being real with our clients - no empty promises here. That said, with steady, consistent work, most clients start seeing noticeable results within 3 to 4 months of partnering with The GenZ Blueprints Team. For that reason, we don't recommend canceling before then (though honestly, we doubt you'll even want to).

Does advertising come with packages?

That’s an awesome question. While we’ll always promote your business through our personal social media, word of mouth, and other organic methods, paid advertising is not included — though we highly recommend it. We have several smart ideas on where and how to advertise, but the best strategy depends on your specific business and budget. The good news? We know how to reach the right people — the ones already searching for a business like yours — and we know how to push your brand in front of them effectively. We’ll go over all of this in detail during our first meeting and map out the best options for you.
